Abstract

RESUMEN: Esta investigación se orientó a la detección del Virus del Papiloma Humano en mujeres de 30 a 59 años de edad que consultaron en la Unidad Comunitaria de Salud Familiar de Conchagua, la cual tuvo como OBJETIVO determinar el porcentaje de mujeres que resultaran positivas para los serotipos de alto riesgo del VPH. METODOLOGÍA el estudio se elaboró en una orientación cuantitativa bajo un diseño prospectivo, transversal, descriptivo, de campo, bibliográfica y de laboratorio. Se procedió a la toma de la muestra cervical de 67 mujeres donde posteriormente fue enviada al laboratorio de la UCSF de Pasaquina en donde se le realizó la prueba, utilizando el método cualitativo careHPV test, que identifica los 14 serotipos de ADN del VPH de alto riesgo. RESULTADOS. La población en estudio se encuentran los rangos de edad de 30 a 39 años con un 29.90%, el 49.3% entre las edades de 40 a 49 años y 20.9% con edades de 50 a 59 años de edad. Entre los factores de riesgo con mayor prevalencia para adquirir dicho virus están ITS 42.30%, promiscuidad 62.50%, falta o uso inadecuado del preservativo 29.10%, e inicio de vida sexual a edad temprana 31.00%. De las personas que si tienen conocimiento acerca del virus 11.50% resultaron positivas y 88.50% resultaron negativos; de las personas que no conocen del virus el 31.70% resultaron positivos y 68.30% resultaron negativos. CONCLUSIONES de 67 mujeres que participaron en el estudio el 23,90% resultaron positivas a la prueba careHPV test y el 76.10% resultaron negativas. ABSTRACT: This research was guided to human papilloma virus detection in women from 30 to 59 years old that they consulted the community unit of family health of Conchagua, which was aimed as objective determine the women percentage that resulted positives for high risk serotypes of the HPV. Methodology the study was developed in a quantitative orientation under a prospective, cross-section, descriptive, of field, bibliographic and of laboratory design. It was proceeded with the cervical sample gathering of 67 women where afterwards it was sent to the UCSF laboratory of Pasaquina in which it was carried out the test, using the qualitative method care HPV test, that identify the 14 AND serotypes of the HPV high risk. Results: the population in study is find in the age range from 30 to 39 years old with a 29.90%, the 49.3%, between the ages from 40 to 49 years old and 20.9% with ages from 50 to 59 years old. Among the risk factors with higher prevalence to acquire said virus are: ITS 42.30%, promiscuity 62.50%, shortage or inappropriate use of condom 29.10% and the start of sex life in early age 31.00% of the people who do have knowledge about the virus 11.50% they were positive and 88.50% were resulted negative; of the people who don’t know the virus 31.70% were positive and 68.30% were negative. Conclusions from 67 women that made part of the study 23.90% resulted positives to care HPV test and 76.10% resulted negatives.
