Abstract

RESUMEN: La investigación se realizó en 15 jugadores activos de fútbol, entre las edades de 17 a 30 años que asisten al Club Deportivo Liberal de Quelepa, de la ciudad de San Miguel durante el período de julio a septiembre de 2006, con el objetivo de conocer la efectividad de los ejercicios de precalentamiento en personas que practican fútbol para evitar lesiones deportivas de origen muscular. El tipo de estudio realizado fue Prospectivo y Transversal, las técnicas de obtención de información fué de tipo Documental y de Campo. Como la Entrevista para lo cual se realizaron instrumentos como las guías de entrevistas a los jugadores del Club Deportivo Liberal, al inicio y al final de la ejecución. Así también una guía de observación a dichos jugadores. Al Preparador Físico del mismo equipo también se le realizó una guía de entrevista. Al dar inicio a la ejecución los jugadores fueron evaluados con la guía de entrevista inicial para determinar a qué nivel se encontraban, observándose que en su mayoría ya habían sufrido diferentes tipos de lesión muscular. Estos ya tenían conocimiento de algunas de las lesiones más comunes a nivel muscular. A estos jugadores se les brindó tratamiento de fisioterapia de acuerdo al tipo de lesión que presentaba para que pudieran incorporarse a la nueva rutina de precalentamiento. Al concluir el período de estudio se enfrentaron las guías de entrevistas dirigidas a los jugadores. En la guía inicial 6 se encontraban lesionados, 5 de estos presentaban lesiones deportivas de origen muscular y 1 de origen articular. Mientras que en la guía final solamente hubieron 2 jugadores con lesiones de origen muscular. Debido a su forma esporádica a los entrenamientos. Concientizando así a dichos jugadores a que asistan sustancialmente a los entrenamientos estipulados por el Director Técnico. ABSTRACT: The research was carried out on 15 active soccer players, between the ages of 17 and 30 who attend the Liberal Sports Club of Quelepa, in the city of San Miguel during the period from July to September 2006, with the objective of knowing the Effectiveness of warm-up exercises in people who practice soccer to avoid sports injuries of muscular origin. The type of study carried out was Prospective and Cross-sectional, the techniques for obtaining information were Documentary and Field type. As the Interview for which instruments such as the interview guides were made to the players of the Liberal Sports Club, at the beginning and at the end of the execution. So also an observation guide to these players. The Physical Trainer of the same team was also given an interview guide. At the beginning of the performance, the players were evaluated with the initial interview guide to determine at what level they were, observing that most of them had already suffered different types of muscle injury. They were already aware of some of the most common muscular injuries. These players were given physiotherapy treatment according to the type of injury they presented so that they could join the new warm-up routine. At the end of the study period, the interview guides addressed to the players were compared. In the initial guide, 6 were injured, 5 of these had sports injuries of muscular origin and 1 of joint origin. While in the final guide there were only 2 players with injuries of muscular origin. Due to its sporadic way to training. Thus making these players aware that they substantially attend the training sessions stipulated by the Technical Director
