Abstract

RESUMEN: Se realizó un estudio cuyo propósito fue determinar un diagnóstico del impacto del covid-19 en la cotidianeidad en el desempeño pedagógico de personal docente por contrato eventual del FMO-UES, investigación con enfoque cualitativo, y tipo de estudio descriptivo, con la participación de ocho docentes tres cuartos de tiempo que pertenecen a los departamentos académicos de Química y Farmacia y Ciencias y Humanidades de la Facultad Multidisciplinaria Oriental, de la Universidad de El Salvador, una vez los docentes dieron su aprobación se realizó mediante guía de entrevista y cuestionario de forma virtual e individual, por lo que se concluye para todos los participantes que su cotidianeidad ha sido afectada directamente por la pandemia de covid-19 y forzados a utilizar las tecnologías de la información se vieron en la necesidad de cambiar sus rutinas por largas horas de trabajo, el tiempo y el espacio de la educación a distancia son difíciles de medir, dentro de sus hogares se reubicaron o crearon espacios para impartir las clases,, la institución debe continuar formando a los docentes en dominios didácticos del campo digital, como Facultad es necesario contar con un buen soporte técnico y personal muy capacitado para orientar y resolver dificultades presentadas en la plataforma virtual y ayudar al docente para resolver en el desarrollo de sus actividades virtuales, fundamental que después de la pandemia la Universidad de El Salvador, posea una infraestructura de conectividad que cubra las necesidades de los docentes y de la población estudiantil en las diferentes Facultades, en lo posible, que la Facultad facilitara equipo tecnológico como computadoras portátiles, o tablets a los docentes de los diferentes departamentos académicos de la Facultad, para apoyarles en el desarrollo de las actividades académicas virtuales. ABSTRACT: A study was carried out whose purpose was to determine a diagnosis of the impact of covid-19 on daily life in the pedagogical performance of teaching staff by eventual contract of the FMO-UES, research with a qualitative approach, and type of descriptive study, with the participation of eight teachers three quarters of the time that belong to the academic departments of Chemistry and Pharmacy and Sciences and Humanities of the Oriental Multidisciplinary Faculty, of the University of El Salvador, once the teachers gave their approval, it was carried out through an interview guide and a virtual questionnaire and individual, so it is concluded for all the participants that their daily lives have been directly affected by the covid-19 pandemic and forced to use information technologies, they found it necessary to change their routines due to long hours of work, the time and space of distance education are difficult to measure, within their homes they relocated o created spaces to teach classes, the institution must continue training teachers in didactic domains of the digital field, as a Faculty it is necessary to have good technical support and highly trained personnel to guide and solve difficulties presented in the virtual platform and help to the teacher to resolve in the development of their virtual activities, it is essential that after the pandemic the University of El Salvador has a connectivity infrastructure that meets the needs of teachers and the student population in the different Faculties, as far as possible, that the Faculty provide technological equipment such as laptops or tablets to the teachers of the different academic departments of the Faculty, to support them in the development of virtual academic activities
