Abstract

Our product is a chocolate made with natural ingredients and made with artisanalmethods, our purpose is to produce a product that is healthy as well as delicious,some of the beneficial facts of consuming cacao in moderate amounts are: helps to the good development of the baby in gestation period, improves the body pressure,it contains antioxidants that prevents aging, improves the cognitive function, it's healthy for your heart and improves mood. In our country we can find the perfect weather for the production of cacao, and we decided to elaborate chocolate as a way to demonstrate the great quality of the Salvadoran products based in grains,use the natural resources in a way that exalt our country is not method, but also something that the law requires, and its mentioned in the second article of the decree number 899 of the constitution of El Salvador. In this case chocolate will promote tourism, at the same time, this product is designed to be enjoyed by people of all ages inside and outside this country, as a way to incentivize the gastronomic tourism and create a sustainable way of production that will improve the lives of farmers, transporters, by creating a system where all will benefit from chocolate production
